Tata Digital Frontend (Email & Inbound)

Eligibility:

• Graduate Freshers can apply
• Graduates with up to 6 months of experience

Role: Customer Support Email & Inbound

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through email and inbound calls.
• Provide accurate resolutions and maintain service quality.
• Follow process guidelines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Shift:

• Girls: Rotational shifts between 9 AM–10 PM
• Boys: 247 rotational shifts, any 9-hour shift
• 1 weekly off

Salary:

• Freshers: 22,000 CTC | 17,000 In-Hand
• Experienced: 25,000 CTC | 20,000 In-Hand

Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, customer-service skills, and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
