Eligibility:

• HSC + BPO Experience OR Graduate Freshers
• Typing Speed: 30 WPM Required
• Good English Communication
• Versant Level 4+ Required

Job Role:

• Handle customer queries via Email, Chat, and Voice
• Provide timely resolutions and support
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

Salary:

• 22,500 CTC
• 18,000 In-hand

Shift:

• Girls: 9 AM - 9 PM
• Boys: 9 AM - 12 AM
• Rotational Week Off
