Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign planning, analysis, and management.
• Developing attractive communications and ensuring release via multiple channels such as SMS, Email, WhatsApp, IVR, RCS etc.
• Coordination between various stakeholders such as product teams, CC team, digital campaigns team, vendors, procurement team, agency etc.
• Developing marketing collaterals for internal and branding activities.
• Facilitating printing and delivery to branches & Sales locations
• Designing attractive contest communications.
• Preparing milestones, decks and ppts for weekly/monthly performance reviews.
• Planning and managing sponsorship and branding events.
• Implementation of new processes, customer journeys and scaling up activities.
• Improving knowledge and skills by attending various training programs.
