Job Description:
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in HP NonStop (Tandem) platform.
- Programming expertise in TAL, COBOL/Screen COBOL, TACL, and C.
- Hands-on experience with Enscribe Database.
- Good knowledge of Pathway, TMF, DDL, RDF, Spooler, and Enform.
- Experience with Tandem utilities such as FUP and SCF/SCUP.
- Working knowledge of WebFastest, Asset, Simulators, and other testing tools.
- Strong understanding of NonStop architecture and Tandem concepts.
- Experience in production support, application enhancements, and defect resolution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in payment systems, switching, acquiring, issuing, or card processing applications.
- Exposure to BASE24 / BASE24-eps environments will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
