Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications on the HP NonStop (Tandem) platform.
• Perform application development using TAL, COBOL/Screen COBOL, TACL, and C.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and performance issues.
• Perform core dump analysis, debugging, and code inspection for application failures.
• Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain database structures using Enscribe.
• Execute unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
• Work with payment and transaction processing systems running on Tandem environments.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, and operational procedures.
• Participate in release planning, deployments, and production support activities.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
