Job Title: Tele Sales Executive Tamil & Telugu

Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005
Experience: 0–5 Years
Languages Required: Fluent in Tamil or Telugu (English/Hindi is an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
• Explain products/services and address customer queries.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Tamil or Telugu.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualification

• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• 0–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Tele calling, BPO Sales, or Customer Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.

Preferred Industry: Healthcare, BPO, Insurance, Banking, EdTech, or Tele Sales.
