Tally Implementer (Field Job)

Role & responsibilities

Our company provides Tally software services to business customers.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting customers who use Tally software. The role includes guiding customers on the use of TallyPrime, assisting them with implementation, answering queries related to TallyPrime features and functions, and resolving problems faced while using the software.

The candidate will be part of our Tally Field Support team and will provide support over the phone, through remote computer access, and by visiting customer locations whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should be willing to work in a FIELD JOB.

The candidate should have good knowledge of TallyPrime software and its various modules. He/She should have good communication and customer-handling skills. Good knowledge of taxation and inventory management will be an added advantage.
