About this role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, inventory management, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions in Tally software.
- Maintain petty cash records and perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Provide support to the finance team on ad hoc queries related to accounting matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in an accountancy role or equivalent education background (BCom/MCom).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with strong knowledge of Tally Software.
- Strong understanding of GST principles and practices; ability to apply them accurately.
