Talent Scout Intern

This isn't a traditional HR internship. You'll work across hiring, business development, client management, operations, and founder projects, giving you exposure to how a fast-growing business operates.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Talent and Business Growth
1. Identify and engage exceptional talent across startups and product companies.
2. Research potential clients and support business development initiatives.
3. Learn how founders hire and understand what makes great teams.

B. Client and Candidate Success
1. Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.
2. Deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey.
3. Build relationships with founders, hiring managers, and senior professionals.

C. Operations and Process Excellence
1. Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment dashboards.
2. Improve internal workflows and identify process bottlenecks.
3. Ensure every search runs efficiently from sourcing to offer.

D. Research and Market Intelligence
1. Track hiring trends across India's startup ecosystem.
2. Map companies, competitors, and emerging talent pools.
3. Use LinkedIn and other platforms to build strategic talent pipelines.
