Job Summary

Youll be the recruiter behind our engineering and ops hiring, partnering with hiring managers across functions. This role reports to the Head of People and works closely with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Beyond filling roles, youll help us build a hiring engine - improving how we source, how we write job descriptions (like these), and how candidates experience us.
• You'll also own campus and entry-level hiring.
• Own end-to-end hiring for engineering and operations - sourcing, screening and closing across India and Africa.

Requirements

• 4-7 years in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in engineering/infrastructure
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and job boards
• Comfortable hiring for India and African markets
• Organized, clear communicator who treats candidates well
