We are assisting a client with a growing requirement in this area and are looking for someone who can take ownership from day one. The role of Talent & Model Coordinator involves hands-on work across media & fashion, including planning and executing assigned activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining timely follow-ups, and ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable. The role is based in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on work across media & fashion, including planning and executing assigned activities.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining timely follow-ups.
- Ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable.
- Maintaining records and updates.
- Preparing or supporting content and reports where required.
- Coordinating schedules.
- Stepping in on operational requirements during busy periods.
- Comfortable working with people, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
- Clear communication, good judgement, and a professional approach.
- Genuine interest in the field.
- Shortlisted candidates may be asked to share a portfolio, writing samples, photographs of previous work, or complete a short practical assignment depending on the role.
