Talent Management - Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
• Design and deliver training programs, assessment centers, and coaching sessions to enhance skills of employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key competencies, develop competency maps, and create succession plans for critical roles.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence.

Job Requirements :

• 5-18 years of experience in Talent Management or related field (e.g., HR).
• Strong understanding of culture building, organizational development, OD interventions, succession planning, competency mapping, assessment center methodologies.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering high-impact learning initiatives that drive business results.
