Talent Identification Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source qualified candidates across international markets, including the US, UK, APAC, EMEA, etc.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate identification and sourcing to screening and coordination.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct talent mapping and build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Handle US recruitment / US sourcing and international volume hiring requirements.
• Work on RPO / Recruitment Process Outsourcing engagements and meet defined hiring SLAs and targets.
• Support bulk recruitment/volume hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.
• Research and identify passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track market trends and develop talent pools for critical and recurring requirements.
