About this role
Looking to onboard a skilled professional to join our team in the International region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent excellence and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility - Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement training programs for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the process.
- Proven experience in Talent excellence with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, including sourcing and selection methods.
- Experience working with diverse groups of people, including those with disabilities.
