Job Description: Consultant Talent Development

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Sports Management, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Postgraduate qualification and experience in sports talent identification programmes are desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Support talent identification trials, assessment camps, and athlete development programmes.
• Coordinate with coaches, sports organisations, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor athlete performance, training, and development.
• Support sports science integration and research on best practices.
• Prepare SOPs, monitoring reports, presentations, and programme documentation.

Mandatory Skills

• Knowledge of India's Talent Identification and Development (TID) ecosystem.
• Understanding of sports science, athlete monitoring, and sports analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and database management.
• Strong coordination, research, and communication skills.
