About the Role

Get behind the scenes of a company that makes the world's most loved snacks and help build the culture that makes it all possible. As a Talent & Culture Intern, you will support the HR/People team in driving employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and talent development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the talent review and succession planning process
• Assist in tracking and analyzing key talent metrics such as attrition, internal mobility, and high-potential pipeline health
• Support the creation of talent dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews
• Assist in benchmarking talent management practices and researching industry best practices
• Help facilitate focus groups or pulse surveys to gather employee insights on growth and development needs
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
