Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in Global Recruitment and End-to-End Talent Acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting talent, understanding workforce requirements, managing recruitment delivery, and partnering with stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.

The role involves managing recruitment activities, supporting workforce planning, driving candidate engagement, and contributing to team performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Global Recruitment processes from sourcing through offer closure.
• Assess current and future talent requirements and identify critical workforce needs.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Identify talent based on required skills, competencies, and business requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment teams and/or recruitment delivery activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Handle offer management, negotiation, and candidate engagement through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular MIS, analytics, and hiring reports.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, compliance, and applicable employment regulations.
• Identify recruitment challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Support process improvements, automation, and change initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
• Take ownership of recruitment deliverables with minimal supervision.
