Job Description

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases; build and maintain an active pipeline for current and future openings.
• Screen applications and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to evaluate candidate fit against role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple rounds, liaising between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience.
• Manage timely follow-ups with candidates at every stage — post-application, post-interview, and post-offer — maintaining clear communication throughout.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, offer rollouts, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database/ATS with accurate records of candidate status, interview feedback, and hiring outcomes.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
