Talent Acquisition (IFS)
Roles & Responsibilities

• Cabin Crew Hiring Drives
• Supporting endtoend execution of Cabin Crew hiring drives including walkins, bulk and scheduled hiring drives
• Coordinating with TA teams, training partners, HRSS and business stakeholders for smooth execution of hiring drives
• Managing candidate data, documentation, trackers and SF updates for Cabin Crew selections
• Ensuring timely communication, coordination and process adherence during highvolume Cabin Crew hiring

• New Hiring SF movement and tracking
• Capturing complete selection data in the live tracking sheet
• Uploading and maintaining selection documentation (Declaration Form, Selection Information Sheet) on the SF tool

• PreHire Training
• Maintaining a live tracker for all ongoing PreHire Training batches
• Sharing weekly conversion data and progress updates with TA Leads and HRD
• Preparing LOI and updating track record status on the live tracker
• Coordination and engagement with multiple stakeholders (IFLY, Training partners, HRSS, FIN)
• Tracking and initiation of IJPPHT triggers and payout processes
• Scheduling and facilitating PreHire Training briefing sessions for candidates

• Rehire Process Management
• Maintaining a live tracker for all rehire cases to ensure realtime visibility and control
• Coordinating with HRSS to confirm Full & Final (F&F) settlement status of exemployees
• Obtaining rehire feedback for exemployees from Business Heads (BH) and HR Partners (HRP) and updating the tracker accordingly
• Securing HRD approvals for eligible rehire cases
• Regular followup with recruiters on the selection status of rehire candidates

• AOCS Retention Management
• Scheduling and coordinating Virtual HR Round Assessments for interested and potential AOCS retention cases
• Tracking the endtoend AOCS retention process centrally to ensure visibility and accuracy
• Sharing retention activity outcomes and status updates with relevant Leads for timely decisionmaking and action
