Talent Acquisition Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for multiple positions within a short span of time.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of bulk hiring processes and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate salary packages effectively.
• Proficiency in using various sources like job boards, social media platforms, etc. for sourcing candidates.
