• Role: Talent Acquisition (TA) 
• Joining Date: We require immediate joiners
• Location: Novus Tower, Gurgaon (Corporate Office Work from Office)
• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (alternate Saturdays off)
• Stipend: 10,000 Onwards
• Eligibility: Students pursuing or recently graduated from MBA/PGDM/BBA (HR) or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and employee referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Draft and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Assist with offer follow-ups and onboarding formalities.

Skills We Are Looking For

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn would be an advantage.
• Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR would be preferred.

Selection Process

          Step 1 - CV Shortlisting; Step 2- GoodFit Assessment Test; Step 3- Final PI Interview Virtual Round(for outstation Candidates) or Face to face (local residents).
