Qualification - MBA, PGDM, MSW (With Human resource specialization)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition receipt to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media platforms).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS on hiring status, TAT, and source effectiveness.
• Participate in walk-in drives, and recruitment events as required.
