Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
• Schedule interviews using advanced Excel skills and maintain accurate records.
• Source profiles through various channels such as social media, job boards, and referrals.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interview scheduling and coordination.
