• Talent Sourcing & Acquisition.
• Source quality talent through job portals, social platforms, networking & advanced search techniques.
• Draft compelling job postings and manage end-to-end sourcing funnels.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings and evaluate candidate fit.
• Recruitment Operations.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with Team Leads & clients seamlessly.
• Maintain an updated candidate database, trackers & MIS reports.
• Drive timely closures with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Stakeholder & Candidate Management
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, induction support, and post-joining communication.
• Stay updated on recruitment norms across various industries.
• Market Intelligence.
• Research new talent pools, hiring trends, and industry benchmarks to support data-driven hiring.
