Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent. The role focuses on workforce planning, sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement, and ensuring timely hiring to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand current and future manpower requirements.
• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, campus hiring, and walk-in drives.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical, functional, and final interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation within the approved salary structure and issue offer letters.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS
