Talent Acquisition Specialis t to join our HR team. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment across Media, Creative, Technology, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Digital Marketing functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience . s. Key Responsibiliti

• es:Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboardi
• ng.Hire for roles across Media Buying, Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Design, Technology, Product, Data, and other digital business functio
• ns.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and business prioriti
• es.Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, social media, and networking channe
• ls.Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring nee
• ds.Conduct recruiter screening interviews and coordinate technical and business interview process
• es.Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring journ
• ey.Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions with candidat
• es.Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports on the ATS (Zoho Recrui
• t).Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and pipeline heal

• nts:2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a digital agency, advertising agency, technology company, or star
• tup.Proven experience hiring across Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Technology, Product, or Digital Marketing ro
• les.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate mapp
• ing.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Zoho Recru

• lls.Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while maintaining qual
