About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and agencies for sales openings
- Share JDs, targets and timelines with consultants
- Track CV submissions, quality and turnaround time by consultant
- Follow up daily to get relevant profiles on time
- Collect feedback from hiring managers and relay it to consultants
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates engaged until joining
- Maintain the consultant database
- Share weekly and monthly hiring reports
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
- 1-4 years in recruitment or coordination
- Experience working with consultants or agencies is preferred
- Consultant and stakeholder management
