Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent across Sales, Consulting, Asset Management, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and headhunting to build candidate pipelines.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial HR screenings, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate technical rounds.
• Offer & Onboarding: Manage offer rollouts, compensation queries, and post-offer engagement to minimize dropouts.
• HR Analytics & Events: Track metrics (Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill) and represent the firm at job fairs and hiring drives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Mandatory).
• Experience: 1 to 4 years in HR recruitment (Real Estate, BFSI, or High-Volume Sales hiring preferred).
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation, and multi-tasking abilities.
