Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring and workforce recruitment as per business requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to close vacancies within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely joining and completion of onboarding documentation.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.

Skills Required:

• Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi and South Indian languages will be an added advantage.
• 3-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or bulk hiring.
• Good knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
