Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and volume hiring across multiple locations.
• Drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closures.
• Ensure strong offer-to-join conversion.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate with business teams to fulfil hiring requirements.
• Lead and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Mandatory experience in LAP / Mortgage Sales hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and team-handling skills.
• Proven expertise in volume hiring, sourcing, and closures.
• BFSI/NBFC experience preferred.
