- Job Role includes & not limited to

- Front line sales hiring

- Bulk/Mass Hiring

- Exploring Cost Effective options like Job Portals, Social Media, Campus, Trained & Hire Institutes

- Sourcing right fit as per KLI SQA parameters

- Adhering process hygiene

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Bulk Hiring

- Well versed with sourcing through Job Portals, Campus, Social Media & other cost effective platforms

- Should be working in BFSI industry or with recruitment consultant working for BFSI industry

- Good in communication & able to handle candidate queries
