• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain daily call reports, candidate details, and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure regular follow-ups to improve interview attendance and joining ratios.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate with good communication skills.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Final-year students and recent graduates can also apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and work towards targets.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and good follow-up skills.
• Candidates from Trichy and nearby locations are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
