Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent from various sources, including social media platforms, professional networks, job boards, and employee referrals.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their fit for open positions.
  
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external ones (candidates).

Post graduate with 10+yrs experience in Talent Acquistion , SOurcing and hiring in BFSI /NBFC space .
