We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 24 years of recruiting experience to join our team onsite in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer closure.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment activity and share regular hiring updates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and full-time roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Bangalore.
