Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end talent recruitment for the corporate requirements, starting from understanding the requirements, till onboarding and closing the positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understanding hiring needs by coordinating with hiring managers to clearly define role expectations, skills, and timelines.

• Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various source mix such as online portals, recruitment consultants, walk-ins, etc.

• Screening profiles, including evaluating resumes and conducting initial assessments to determine candidate suitability.

• Plan and coordinate interviews as well as determining selection criteria and selection process of candidates, and conducting preliminary assessments, online and in-person interviews.

• Negotiating and offering the selected candidates,

• Facilitating a smooth onboarding process which includes but not limited to, documentation, orientation and initial professional engagement.

• Managing the hiring data with utmost confidentiality and authenticity. • Handling all the recruitment and HR related operational activities. Skills Required

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Excellent knowledge of various source mix and ATS / recruiting tech. •

Educational Qualifications & Required Experience

• Any graduation and Masters in HR - Mandatory. • Relevant work experience of minimum 4 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Preferably from NBFC / BFSI.
