About the Job
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Conduct initial screenings, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and finalizing offers.
• Ensure timely joining formalities for selected candidates by handling all necessary paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements and skills

• 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
• MBA/PGDM degree in Any Specialization
• Strong understanding of sourcing profiles using multiple channels; excellent communication skills for effective interview coordination.
• Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media sites.
