ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and drive end-to-end hiring across business functions. The role requires a proactive recruiter who can manage multiple requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilites:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fit, experience, and compensation.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and offer closures.
• Maintain a strong and active talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, closures, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure recruitment processes and documentation are followed as per company guidelines.
• Contribute to employer branding and improve the overall candidate experience.
