Talent Acquisition Specialist

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or technology hiring is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes.
