Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Senior Talent Partner to drive end-to-end hiring across Sales, Enterprise Sales, Technology, and Corporate functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of closing critical positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and build hiring strategies.
• Drive hiring for Technology, Product, Engineering, SAP, Enterprise Sales, and Business Development roles.
• Source and attract talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in hiring for Technology and Enterprise Sales roles.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping capabilities.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and referral hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
