Talent Acquisition Specialist

Transline Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the IT, SaaS, system integration, IT infrastructure, CCTV surveillance, or security technology industry. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with business leaders, and hiring quality talent to support the companys growth across technology, sales, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Work closely with HODs to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit for roles across software development, SaaS, IT infrastructure, CCTV/surveillance, system integration, enterprise sales, and business support.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate compensation, and manage offer rollouts.
• Build talent pipelines for niche technical and sales positions.
• Follow up with selected candidates to improve offer acceptance and joining ratios.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring MIS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 5 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Prior experience in a similar industry, such as IT, SaaS, system integration, IT infrastructure, electronic security, CCTV surveillance, or technology solutions, is preferred.
• Experience hiring for technical, enterprise sales, channel sales, and business support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
