Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across industries.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients for feedback.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple mandates and meet recruitment targets.
