Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closing positions across diverse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media channels, and other sourcing platforms.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Follow up with interview panels and hiring managers for timely feedback and hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and manage recruitment metrics, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure closure of open positions within defined timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Good understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong candidate screening and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
