Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting, networking, and other sourcing methods.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (internal stakeholders).
• Proven track record in sourcing top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals etc.
