Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT corporate positions across various functions.
• Manage bulk hiring requirements and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining the quality of hires.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, sourcing reports, and candidate databases.
• Build and maintain a network of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a graduate/postgraduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in corporate and bulk hiring. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, hands-on experience with job portals and excellent communication and coordination abilities. Candidates residing near NSP, Pitampura, Delhi, will be preferred.
