Key Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field; MBA would be preferred.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end hiring through various channels: LinkedIn, Naukri, iimjobs, etc.
• Should be strong in sourcing and screening nonIT hiring roles such as – Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Ops, and Legal.
• Stakeholder management and coordination.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Dashboard and Excel skills

Key Result Areas

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation collection and new joiner formalities.
• Coordinate induction sessions and maintain employee records and HR trackers.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and other day-to-day HR activities.
• Provide administrative support for HR operations and employee-related processes.
