Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to meet business demands through volume hiring campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans to fill them.
• Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in sales hiring or talent acquisition within IT services & consulting industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment projects (bulk hiring) with high accuracy rates.
• Strong understanding of mass recruitment/mass hiring principles and ability to apply them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with stakeholders across various levels.
