Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including C2H (Contract-to-Hire) arrangements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify top talent for open positions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including contract hiring.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
