Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 6 to 8 years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring across various functions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct salary negotiations and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Generate recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement abilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Any graduate with relevant Talent Acquisition experience can also be considered.
