Talent Acquisition Specialist

1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment

• Understand manpower requirements from all departments and manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per approved manpower requirements.

2. Pharma Recruitment

• Handle recruitment for QA, QC, Production, R&D, F&D, ADL, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Engineering, SCM, Purchase, Ppmc, Warehouse, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and other pharma functions.

3. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, consultants, databases, and social media.
• Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, skills, and job requirements.

4. Interview & Selection

• Coordinate technical, HR, and management interviews.
• Manage interview feedback, selection follow-up, salary negotiation, and offer release.

5. Joining & Onboarding

• Complete joining formalities, employee documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
• Coordinate new employee induction and HOD/department introduction.

6. Bulk & Critical Hiring

• Manage bulk recruitment, walk-in drives, urgent/critical positions, and senior-level hiring.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future requirements.

7. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with HODs, department heads, and management for recruitment requirements and timely vacancy closure.

8. Recruitment MIS

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview status, offer status, joining status, and daily/monthly recruitment MIS.

Requirements:

• 2- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Pharma Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing functions and technical profiles.
• Excellent sourcing, communication, coordination, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and recruitment portals.
