Qualification:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / MBA (HR preferred)

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the real estate sector

- Strong understanding of hiring across functions (sales, projects, corporate roles, etc.)

- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
